Gustavus Andreas Wogsland, who went by Andrew, was born on November 21st of 1863 on the Wogsland farm near Iola, WI. He married
Florence Olive Zingg, a Canadian immigrant of Swiss-German stock, on 16 March 1899 in Dazey, ND. Together
they had nine children, and also adopted a son, Richard Andrew Wogsland. In 1910 Andrew opened a store
in the recently founded town of Walum, ND. Andrew died April 17, 1924.
